Due to rising fuel costs, carriers are consolidating deliveries and will dispatch trucks once a full load has been confirmed for your area. This means delivery times may be a little longer than usual.

To make sure you receive your order when you need it, we kindly ask that you plan ahead and place your orders with extra lead time in mind.

Order & Delivery Info

 Order cut-off: 10am for same-day dispatch

Freight: 

Freight is included for orders 120 kg+.

For orders under 120 kg, freight will be automatically calculated in the customer portal based on delivery region and total order weight.

Turnaround times

Auckland: Up to 2 working days  

North Island: Up to 3 working days 

South Island: Up to 7 working days

Please note delays may occur due to high volumes, weather, or staffing. We recommend placing orders early to avoid disruption.
